Because Staynish products are manufactured to order, shipping and returns work a little differently than off-the-shelf retail.

Shipping
Orders ship with tracking across India once manufacturing is complete. Delivery timing depends on the product and its manufacturing process — it isn't a fixed number across every product, since a standard label and a custom-cut panel take different time to produce.
Returns and cancellations
Because each order is manufactured specifically for you after you place it, made-to-order and custom products generally cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll make it right.
Before production starts
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — changes may still be possible before manufacturing begins, depending on how far along the order is.
