These terms cover your use of the Staynish website and the products you order through it.

What Staynish is
Staynish is a made-to-order manufacturing platform. Products are designed by you (choosing dimensions, materials, and artwork) and manufactured after you place an order — nothing is held in pre-made stock.
Orders and pricing
Standard products are priced at checkout based on your configuration. Custom or quote-based products (such as Custom Packaging) are priced individually and confirmed with you before production begins. An order is only manufactured once payment or a quote has been accepted.
Payment
Payments are processed through Cashfree. Staynish does not store your full card details — Cashfree handles payment processing directly.
Your uploaded designs
If you upload artwork or a design, you confirm you have the right to use it. You retain ownership of what you upload; you grant Staynish a license to use it solely to manufacture your order.
Made-to-order limitations
Because products are manufactured to your specification after ordering, cancellation or changes may not be possible once production has started. See Shipping & Returns for details on returns.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
