How to Choose the Right Water Bottle Label
Choosing a water bottle label comes down to a handful of decisions. Take them in this order and the right label is usually obvious.
Start with where the bottle will live
Will the bottle be chilled, put in ice, handled by many people, or kept dry on a shelf? This one answer drives the material, and it is the decision people most often get wrong.
Pick the material
Cold, wet or handled bottles need waterproof film: white for an opaque label, clear for a transparent one. Dry or gift bottles can use paper, kraft, gold or silver paper.
Pick the size and shape
Measure the flat label area of the bottle and choose the standard size that fits inside it. Rectangle suits most bottles, while circle and oval work as compact badges. A custom shape is cut to your artwork outline.
Decide the quantity and the budget
Choose the quantity you will actually use, then compare the per-label price across tiers in the configurator. Waterproof film for chilled bottles is worth treating as a requirement, not an extra.
Check your artwork
Use a high-resolution file, keep important content away from the edges, and remember that white in your design needs deliberate setup on clear film. We check every file before production.
